Jillian Hennessy, born in 1968 on the 25th of November She is well-known as an accomplished Canadian musician, actor and music producer. Her contributions to American TV are well-known. She was the main character in the American television series Law & Order, where she played the role of prosecutor Claire Kincaid for three years. In Crossing Jordan she played Jordan Cavanaugh for six seasons. Hennessy also showed off her acting skills in films such as RoboCop 3 Most Wanted, Chutney Popcorn, and The Acting Class. She also created and directed these movies. Hennessy began her acting career with her sister, in 1988. They played the twins of callgirls on Dead Ringers. She starred in Broadway in the musical Buddy - The Buddy Holly Story from 1990, and then entered the sci-fi world in 1993 as Doctor. Marie Lazarus in RoboCop 3. She got her big break later in the year, when she was cast as the Assistant District Attorney Claire Kincaid on the hit NBC drama Law & Order. Her three-season stint in the role was a hit with viewers. She left in 1996. Parker was a part of film and television shows like RED Fried Green Tomatoes Boys On The Side, West Wing Angels In America as well as RED Fried Tomatoes, for which she was awarded a Golden Globe Award and Emmy Award. Parker was awarded the 2001 Tony Award as Best Actress at the Broadway production Proof.
